After more than two years of hard work, I'm finally holding the first copy of my cookbook in my hands. A long-cherished dream has come true, and I'm so grateful and overjoyed to be able to share this moment with you.

The cookbook is currently undergoing the final stages of editing, proofreading, and last-minute design adjustments. I deliberately chose self-publishing so I could design the book exactly as I envisioned it. This naturally involves a lot of work, patience, and a great deal of attention to detail…
