It's time again for one of my favorite recipes, a delicious Cameroonian appetizer: avocado salad, but this time "royale," which, as you know, means "royal" in French. Why royale, you're probably wondering? We already know the classic and the "royal" versions with shrimp or prawns from Ndolè. That's how I got the idea to do the same with other dishes: the classic version for everyday meals and the elegant one for special occasions or special guests. From Ndolè royal, we moved on to Pèpè soup royal, followed by Gombo royal, which is okra sauce enhanced with shrimp. Now, Salade d'avocats royal joins this list.
