I think you can eat anything if it's seasoned properly. Spices are what give a dish its special character... the right spices, of course.

Cameroonian cuisine features many exotic spices that might appeal to European palates. Some are incredibly versatile, meaning they pair wonderfully with just about anything. I'll be sharing a few of my favorites with you over the next few weeks, along with their corresponding recipes.
