Lamb isn't for everyone. Some people dislike the strong smell of lamb.

Those who don't like lamb should Chez Fadi's style . The secret? The right spices.

If someone still doesn't like lamb after that, then they simply don't like lamb.

Anyone who likes lamb will love this recipe. The spices, marinating time, and cooking time are perfectly balanced. The blend of spices complements the natural flavor of the lamb beautifully, resulting in a truly delicious combination. 

Here I'm sharing a super simple way I prepare my lamb in the oven, just like Fadi's !


Leg of lamb

Ingredients


Leg of lamb

Oil, salt

Magic Sauce

Lamb meat spice mix


preparation


  • Wash the meat and pat it dry with a kitchen paper towel
  • make incisions in the meat
  • Rub thoroughly and all over with salt and spice mix
  • Add a little oil and Magic Sauce and massage in well
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight
  • Then bake in the oven for about 2 hours at 180°C until golden brown. Done!

  • 50 ml cooking oil
  • 6 tablespoons of Magic Sauce
  • 2 tbsp lamb spice mix
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Add a little oil and Magic Sauce and massage in well
