Leg of lamb, Fadi style

Those who don't like lamb should try it prepared Chez Fadi style . The secret? The right spices.

Ingredients

  • 6 Leg of lamb
  • 50 ml cooking oil
  • 6 tablespoons of Magic Sauce
  • 2 tbsp lamb spice mix
  • Salt

Instructions 

  • Wash the meat and pat it dry with a kitchen paper towel
  • make incisions in the meat
  • Rub thoroughly and all over with salt and spice mix
  • Add a little oil and Magic Sauce and massage in well
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight
  • Then bake in the oven for about 2 hours at 180°C until golden brown. Done!
