- 6 Leg of lamb
- 50 ml cooking oil
- 6 tablespoons of Magic Sauce
- 2 tbsp lamb spice mix
- Salt
Wash the meat and pat it dry with a kitchen paper towel
make incisions in the meat
Rub thoroughly and all over with salt and spice mix
Add a little oil and Magic Sauce and massage in well
Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight
Then bake in the oven for about 2 hours at 180°C until golden brown. Done!
