Today I have the pleasure of offering you not only a new recipe, but also a new product, namely the Magic Sauce Carrots .

Magic Sauce Carrots is the newest addition to the Chez Fadi's sauce . More precisely, it's the little sister of my Magic Sauce , enriched with carrots and tomatoes, making it ideal for vegetable dishes, but not exclusively. Anyone who enjoyed my Magic Sauce will love this new variety as well.

To go along with that, I'd like to share a simple meatball recipe with you today. Meatballs are usually made from a mixture of beef, pork, or a beef/pork blend. Today, however, I'll show you a version with chicken and vegetables that tastes absolutely delicious. The great thing about it is that, besides fresh chicken breast fillets, you only need a handful of other ingredients. The result is juicy, tasty, and healthy meatballs.

Magic Sauce Carrots Recipe Idea: Chicken Meatballs

Prep time 20 minutes
Cook time 25 minutes
Total 40 minutes
Servings 6

Ingredients

  • 400g chicken breast fillet
  • 150 g fresh mushrooms
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Magic Sauce Carrots
  • approx. 100 ml cooking oil
  • Salt

Instructions 

  • Rinse the chicken meat well, pat dry, and set aside
  • Clean the mushrooms, bell peppers, onion, and spring onion, cut them into pieces, roughly chop them in a food processor, and place them in a bowl
  • Roughly chop the chicken fillets and chop them in the blender as well, then add them to the chopped vegetables
  • Add salt, a little oil, crushed garlic cloves, and the Magic Sauce Carrots. Mix everything well and let it stand for about 5 minutes.
  • Rub a pan with oil, form small balls from the meat mixture, place them one after the other in the pan and fry over medium heat for about 10 minutes, then turn them over and fry for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve as an appetizer, hot or cold, and enjoy!

Notes

My tip: serve some of Chez Fadi's Magic Sauce Carrots as a dip for the meatballs. Simply delicious!
