Magic Sauce Carrots Recipe Idea: Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 400g chicken breast fillet
  • 150 g fresh mushrooms
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Magic Sauce Carrots
  • approx. 100 ml cooking oil
  • Salt

Instructions 

  • Rinse the chicken meat well, pat dry, and set aside
  • Clean the mushrooms, bell peppers, onion, and spring onion, cut them into pieces, roughly chop them in a food processor, and place them in a bowl
  • Roughly chop the chicken fillets and chop them in the blender as well, then add them to the chopped vegetables
  • Add salt, a little oil, crushed garlic cloves, and the Magic Sauce Carrots. Mix everything well and let it stand for about 5 minutes.
  • Rub a pan with oil, form small balls from the meat mixture, place them one after the other in the pan and fry over medium heat for about 10 minutes, then turn them over and fry for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve as an appetizer, hot or cold, and enjoy!
