Tomato sauce is probably the most cooked sauce in the world. Like everywhere else on Earth, the basic ingredient of tomato sauce is, of course, tomatoes :-).
Tomato sauce can be prepared in a thousand different variations. Its uses are as diverse as the variety of its preparation.
Here I'm sharing with you one of at least 100 variations of my tomato sauces

Ingredients:
- 6 large tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1/3 red, yellow and green bell peppers
- 200g frozen pea and carrot mix
- 1kg beef
- Salt
- Cooking oil
- Water
- 2 tsp Magic Sauce or Spicy
Preparation:
- Wash the meat and cut it into goulash pieces, then cook it in a pot with 1 onion, salt, water and 1 tsp of Magic Sauce until the meat has the desired consistency.
- Cut the tomatoes into cubes
- Cut the bell pepper into cubes as well
- Sauté finely chopped onions and garlic, salt and oil in a pot for about 2 minutes, add the precooked meat and fry for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly
- Add the tomatoes and sauté for another 5 minutes
- Add diced bell peppers and the pea and carrot mixture, along with a little water. Sauté for another 5 minutes, stirring regularly
- Magic Sauce or Spicy or, for the really tough ones Hot Sauce, season to taste and you're done!
This goes well with all sorts of side dishes such as rice, pasta, potatoes, plantains, etc.
