Wash the meat and cut it into goulash pieces, then cook it in a pot with 1 onion, salt, water and 1 tsp of Magic Sauce until the meat has the desired consistency.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes
Cut the bell pepper into cubes as well
Sauté finely chopped onions and garlic, salt and oil in a pot for about 2 minutes, add the precooked meat and fry for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly
Add the tomatoes and sauté for another 5 minutes
Add diced bell peppers and the pea and carrot mixture, along with a little water. Sauté for another 5 minutes, stirring regularly
Magic Sauce or Spicy or, for the really tough ones Hot Sauce, season to taste and you're done!
