I like green beans. They not only taste delicious, but somehow look so elegant in every dish.

They liven up the look of any dish. They are easy and straightforward to prepare, packed with valuable vitamins, and simply delicious. Whether in salads, ratatouille, sauces, or simply on their own. 

Today I'm sharing a new, simple recipe for green beans with you.

Ingredients:


  • 200g fresh bush beans
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 carrots
  •  2 large tomatoes
  • 1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper
  • spring onions
  • Salt
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Magic Sauce
  • about water

preparation


  • Clean the beans and cut them into pieces about 2 cm in size
  •  Wash the carrots and bell peppers and cut them into equally sized pieces
  • Chop the tomato into fine pieces
  • Bring the beans to a boil in salted water
  • Add the carrots and cook for about 1 minute
  • Place in a sieve and rinse with cold water

Cut the onions into thin strips and briefly fry them in oil with salt.


  • Add garlic cloves and tomatoes and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Add beans, carrots and bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Add Magic Sauce and a little water, cover, and simmer for about 2 minutes
  • Add the chives and season to taste.

Sauté de Haricots verts – Sautéed French beans

Prep time 15 minutes
Cook 45 minutes
Total 1 hour
Servings 4

  • 1 tsp Magic Sauce
  • about water

Instructions

  •  Wash the carrots and bell peppers and cut them into equally sized pieces
