Sauté de Haricots verts - Sautierten Buschbohnen

Bush beans are simply delicious and, in my opinion, they look elegant.

Ingredients

  • 200 g fresh bush beans
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 spring onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Magic Sauce
  • about water

Instructions 

  • Clean the beans and cut them into pieces about 2 cm in size
  •  Wash the carrots and bell peppers and cut them into equally sized pieces
  • Chop the tomato into fine pieces
  • Bring the beans to a boil in salted water
  • Add the carrots and cook for about 1 minute
  • Place in a sieve and rinse with cold water
  • Cut the onions into thin strips and briefly fry them in oil with salt.
  •  Add garlic cloves and tomatoes and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Add beans, carrots and bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Add Magic Sauce and a little water, cover, and simmer for about 2 minutes
  • Add the chives and season to taste.

Notes

Serve with rice and possibly grilled or baked chicken
