Ingredients

  • 2 sea ​​bass
  • 3 Plantains (cooking bananas)
  • 1/2 liter frying oil
  • Salt

Instructions 

  • Clean the sea bass and cut it into 2 to 3 pieces
  • Salt well and evenly, and let stand for a few minutes
  •  Meanwhile, peel the plantains and cut them into pieces
  • Pour frying oil into a deep fryer or pan and heat it up
  • Fry the plantains on both sides until golden brown.
  • Remove and place on a kitchen paper to drain
  • Then fry the sea bass pieces on all sides as well
  • Remove and drain on a kitchen paper
  • Set up the plantains and fish, and you're done!

Serve with pimento sauce
