Gegrillter Tilapia mit Plantains Fries und chez Fadi's Sauces

Fish and plantains! What a delicious dish. I could eat that every day.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Ready-to-cook tilapia
  • 2 yellow/ripe plantains
  • approx. 300 ml frying oil
  • approx. 1 tsp cooking oil
  • 4 tsp Chez Fadi's Magic Sauce (for the marinade)
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Chez Fadi's Hot & Spicy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chez Fadi's Magic Sauce

Instructions 

  • Clean the fish thoroughly with cold water and pat dry with kitchen paper. Then make deep cuts on both sides into the fish flesh
  • Rub thoroughly all over with salt, a little cooking oil, and 4 teaspoons of Chez Fadi's Magic Sauce. Then let it marinate for about 30 minutes
  • Then place the fish on a hot grill and grill for about 10 minutes per side
  • Meanwhile, peel the plantains, cut them into pieces as desired, and fry them for about 5 minutes on all sides
  • Arrange the plantains and the grilled fish on a plate. Chez Fadi's sauces (Magic and Hot & Spicy ) either directly on the fish or alongside and enjoy.
