Cut the meat into pieces as desired, place in a pot with salt, pepper, 1 tbsp Magic Sauce and a coarsely chopped onion
Add all the water and cook until the meat is tender
In the meantime, peel the carrots and cut them into pieces about 2-3 cm in size
Finely chop the spring onion and chili and set aside together
Clean and finely chop the leeks and tomatoes as well
Peel and finely chop 1 onion and the garlic cloves
Remove the cooked meat from the cooking broth
Dissolve the peanut butter in some of the still hot meat broth
Briefly heat peanut oil in a pot, then briefly sauté the onions and garlic
Add the meat and carrots and sauté for about 5 minutes
Then mix in the finely chopped leeks and tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes, until the tomatoes have reduced in volume
Now pour in the meat broth and then the dissolved peanut butter
Mix everything well, cover, and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes
Stir occasionally and add more water if needed
Now add 1 tablespoon of Magic Sauce, the finely chopped chili, and the leek, stir well, and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season to taste and it's ready
