Peel the plantains and cut them into small round pieces about 2cm thick and place them in a pot
Roughly chop the onions and tomatoes and add them to the pot with the plantains
Add the previously cleaned pieces of meat, salt, spice mix (Épices Kondrè), palm oil, and then Magic Sauce
Cover everything with water, mix well, place on the stove and cook for about 45 minutes until the plantains and meat are very tender
Serve in a bowl and enjoy hot
