Chicken is one of the most popular " vegetables " among Cameroonians????
- 4 fresh chicken pieces (e.g. from thighs)
- 4 tbsp marinade (e.g. Magic Sauce )
- Some rapeseed or sunflower oil
- Salt
Prepare the chicken thighs:
Cook chicken in the oven:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat).
Grease a baking tray with a little oil or line it with baking paper.
Place the marinated chicken thighs on top and bake in a preheated oven for 35–45 minutes, until the skin is golden brown and crispy. Turn the chicken once halfway through so it browns evenly.
My tip for you:
You can also brush the chicken thighs with a little extra oil or butter to make the skin even crispier. Enjoy!
Reserve some of the marinade and serve it with the meat later.
For those who like spicy food, add a dollop of sauce .
