Peanuts are very popular in West African cuisine and are used in many variations.
- 3 EL peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons peanut oil
- 300g mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Onion
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp pepper (black and white)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 300 ml water (or more as needed)
- 1 tbsp Magic Sauce (spicy)
- 1 spring onion
- 1 Scott bonnet or chili pepper
- Salt
