Wash the meat and pat it dry with a kitchen paper towel
Cut into thin slices
Mix the meat with salt, oil and 2 tablespoons of Suya spice mix and let it stand for at least 30 minutes
Set aside 1-2 tablespoons of the Suya spice mix and use it later to “bread” the Suya skewers
Then skewer the meat onto the wooden skewers
Roll/coat each skewer individually on all sides in the remaining Suya spice mix
Bake the skewers in a preheated oven on the grill setting for about 20 minutes.
Place the suya skewers on a plate, serve with julienned onions and the remaining suya spice mix.
