First, cut the chicken into pieces, clean it thoroughly with plenty of lukewarm water and let it drain well

Remove the cooked chicken from the frying oil, add it to the sauce along with any chicken juices from the cooking process, mix carefully, cover, and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes
Add the finely chopped coriander sprigs and some of the spring onions, mix carefully and simmer covered for another 5 minutes.
Serve with your choice of side dishes, sprinkle with the remaining spring onions, and enjoy hot
