Wash the rice thoroughly and cook it in a rice cooker with a little oil, salt, Jollof spice mix and 1 tbsp tomato paste
Meanwhile, peel the carrots and onions and dice them into small cubes
Heat the oil in a pot, add the onions, garlic paste, Jollof spice mix and salt, stir well and sauté for about 2 minutes
Then add the paprika paste, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, the chopped canned tomatoes, the diced carrots, and the Magic Sauce. Mix everything well and simmer, covered, for about 15 minutes over medium heat
Then add the cooked rice, mix well, add another generous tablespoon of Jollof spice mix and about a glass of water, mix well again, cover, and simmer for about 5 minutes on very low heat
