Ingredients

Gari
approx. 200
ml
of cold/chilled water
5-6
sugar cubes
1-2
tablespoons
of concentrated milk (optional)
Instructions
Place the gari in a small bowl, cover with water, shake off the first excess water, and then cover lightly with water again
Add sugar and peanuts, mix well and let sit for about 2-4 minutes
Optionally, add concentrated milk before eating, stir again and enjoy cold
Notes
If you like, you can also add a few ice cubes before eating
