Wash the oranges well and place them unpeeled in a pot, cover with water and cook slowly for about 2 hours at a low heat.
Then remove the oranges from the pot and let them cool. Next, cut them open and remove any seeds. Then, purée the oranges with the peel in a blender, or peel them first and use only the pulp (I opted for the latter)
Then grease a baking tin with butter and sprinkle with flour and set aside.
Then, in a large bowl, add the almonds, sugar, and baking powder and mix well, then add the eggs one at a time and mix well with a hand mixer.
Pour the batter into the baking tin and bake in a preheated oven on the middle rack for about 70 minutes.
Then let it cool and serve
