Salade d'avocats royale | Avocado Salat mit Garnelen

Ingredients

  • 3 Ready-to-eat avocado
  • approximately 100g cooked prawns or shrimp
  • approx. 100g mini Roma or cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 -1 red onion
  • 1 lime
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 2-3 tablespoons rapeseed oil

Instructions 

  • First, halve the avocado, cut it into pieces and place it in a bowl
  • Cut the onions into thin strips, quarter the tomatoes and add them to the avocado in the bowl
  • Peel the garlic and either crush it with a garlic press or chop it finely and add it to the bowl
  • Then, one after the other, add the juice of half a lime, salt, pepper, oil and the shrimp to the bowl and mix well
  • Let it steep for 3-5 minutes and enjoy
