Fish and plantains, what a delicious combination! I could eat that every day. This combination is not only incredibly tasty and healthy, but also quick to prepare, especially if you have the ready-made marinade from my sauce range on hand.

This fantastic recipe requires only a few ingredients and minimal effort. I chose tilapia, but any other fish suitable for grilling would work just as well. I opted for yellow/ripe plantains as a side dish. I find that the combination of slightly sweet plantains harmonizes beautifully with the savory flavor of grilled fish.
Chez Fadi's Sauces

Chez Fadi's sauce range consists of two different delicious sauces:
First up is the now well-known Chez Fadi's Magic Sauce , which has been a staple in almost all of my recipes from the very beginning. This wonderful all-rounder sauce can be used as a marinade, dip, pesto, or as a sauce for grilled food, and much more. Simply a true all-rounder!
The second product in my range is Chez Fadi's Hot & Spicy Sauce. It's the ideal accompaniment to all dishes that could use not only a bit of heat, but also a certain amount of seasoning. It's the right sauce for hot food lovers who value flavor as much as heat.
Both sauces are lovingly made vegan without preservatives or any flavor enhancers.
Chez Fadi's sauces are very practical in the kitchen and at the dining table. They also make an ideal gift for gourmets. If you'd like to try them for yourself, you can order .
So, back to the grilled tilapia. To make this recipe, all you need besides tilapia and plantains is some salt, frying oil, and of course, my Chez Fadi's sauce . There are three ways to prepare it. Option one is to grill the fish in the oven using the grill function for about 25 minutes on each side. Option two is to fry it in a pan with a little oil for about five minutes on each side – unfortunately, this gets a bit messy. The last option is to grill it on a tabletop grill for about 20 minutes on each side. I opted for the latter. It was a bit messy afterward too – cleaning a grill isn't exactly one of my favorite things to do – but it was worth it.
